Chateau de Beru - Chablis

A biodynamically farmed Chablis from Château de Béru, crafted from 100% Chardonnay with indigenous yeast fermentation and minimal intervention winemaking. Pale yellow with brilliant clarity, the nose offers citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit and a pronounced mineral character with saline nuances. The palate is lively and tense with a long finish.
