Clonakilty Minke Irish Gin is a coastal craft gin from the Clonakilty Distillery on the wild West Cork coastline. Distilled on a whey spirit base using hand-foraged rock samphire alongside juniper, lavender, citrus peel, cardamom, sea salt, and red peppercorn, it delivers a beautifully layered coastal gin — floral and citrus-forward on the nose, with juniper, grapefruit, and cardamom on the palate, and a long finish of sea salt and fennel. Excellent in a classic G&T or Negroni.
