A pale pink, lightly sparkling wine with creamy, gentle bubbles and a nose full of wild strawberry, currant, peach and floral aromas. The palate is succulent with bright flavours of raspberries, candied cherries, plum and pomegranate, framed by vibrant acidity and a fresh, crisp finish.
